"Just wanted to send a quick note to compliment one of your employees who did an outstanding job recently! It all started with a gas leak that occurred on Thursday evening, which then turned into a gas leak AND a faulty water heater. When I called Abacus the next morning (the employee that answered the phone was very friendly as well....thanks), you guys were able to schedule my appt that afternoon late in the day (per my request so that I didn't have to leave work too early). Jason F. came out and was not only very professional, but also very personable and dedicated to his job! He offered, without hesitation, to stay that evening to install a new water heater. He ended up being there until well after 10 PM and was never unprofessional or irritated about the job taking longer than anticipated.

Your company was recommended to me by a friend and I would highly recommend you to anyone that is in need of plumbing work! This was my second dealing with the company...Mike came the first time and was wonderful as well, and I was happy with the service both times.

Once again you guys have taken care of our plumbing problems.

Christine called early this morning (in response to my e-mail service request) and said that y'all would have a technician at the house this afternoon.

Aaron was the technician who handled our service call and he did so in a professional and courteous manner. He listened when I explained the problem and then fixed it in a timely and efficient manner even with me over his shoulder asking questions and adding comments. He's also really talented with a screwdriver (he'll understand - it's a good thing).
