Good evening,

I wanted to let each of you know about my experience with Abacus plumbing. For the past two + years, our laundry washer has poured water back out of the pipe and my wife and I would have to stand next to the pipe with a bucket to collect the outpour. Often times, we would miss the timing and water would make its way out into the entire kitchen. Not a pretty or safe site, especially with two little boys pulling at our knees. We did the usual shopping around like a good consumer should do and kept coming back to your company. We made the appointment for one of your representatives (Bob Connelly) to come out and give us a breakdown of the issue. He was the only one who gave us an extremely detailed account of what needed to be done in order to fix the problem. No other company even came close to that. It would just be a general idea of what needed to be done and "we will have to see what else we find when we get in there" response.

My wife and I felt very comfortable with choosing ABACUS. Bob came out a few weeks later and I personally felt at ease from the beginning. He guided me through what the day would look like and tried to edcuate me on certain things he was doing when I inquired. I never felt that he was frustrated with my being curious. Throughout the day, other members of the crew came out and dug up portions of my backyard and it was all done in a precise fashion.

The job was completed and we are now able to do laundry without the worry of being 'swept out to sea'. We are now a part of the Abacus Club and its many benefits. I will tell you this: When anyone is inquiring the use of a plumbing company, I will refer them to Abacus. You made an unpleasant and potentially very expensive problem much easier to deal with. I want to thank you, Bob, and the rest of your company for taking care of us.

Just wanted to send a quick note to compliment one of your employees who did an outstanding job recently! It all started with a gas leak that occurred on Thursday evening, which then turned into a gas leak AND a faulty water heater. When I called Abacus the next morning (the employee that answered the phone was very friendly as well....thanks), you guys were able to schedule my appt that afternoon late in the day (per my request so that I didn't have to leave work too early). Jason F. came out and was not only very professional, but also very personable and dedicated to his job! He offered, without hesitation, to stay that evening to install a new water heater. He ended up being there until well after 10 PM and was never unprofessional or irritated about the job taking longer than anticipated.

Your company was recommended to me by a friend and I would highly recommend you to anyone that is in need of plumbing work! This was my second dealing with the company...Mike came the first time and was wonderful as well, and I was happy with the service both times.

Once again you guys have taken care of our plumbing problems.

Christine called early this morning (in response to my e-mail service request) and said that y'all would have a technician at the house this afternoon.

Aaron was the technician who handled our service call and he did so in a professional and courteous manner. He listened when I explained the problem and then fixed it in a timely and efficient manner even with me over his shoulder asking questions and adding comments. He's also really talented with a screwdriver (he'll understand - it's a good thing).

Thanks for being there to fix our plumbing problems. Finding you guys (as a result of the recommendation from Tom Tynan) was a really good thing - the solution to all of our plumbing needs.
