“It was a long wait, but customer service called to apologize. Issac was friendly, very knowledgeable about AC. He identified problems & solved it quickly. Top it off, the fee was very reasonable, it was not what I was afraid of from stories that I hear about home maintenance. I was happy that I called Abacus today :-). Thank you”
