This is why we’re proud to introduce Abacus Automatic Messaging, a new feature that will let you know who’s coming, at what time and will provide you with details about your technician.
How does it work? When you schedule your appointment with us either by phone or online, one of our customer service representatives will contact you to set up the date and time of your service appointment. At that time you can specify whether you’d like to be contacted by email or text. Around the time of your appointment, you’ll receive a message from our automated system showing you the name, bio and reviews of the technician coming to your house.
