5. Smoke Detector Check: We use smoke in a can to simulate a fire in the home to confirm functionality
6. CO2 Detector Check: We confirm life and functionality of CO2 Detectors in the home incase of gas leak
7. Back up Power Readiness Check: We verify if the electrical system can handle a portable/ Battery/ Standy gen to power up the home
8. Surge Protection Check: We Verify surge protection is in the proper locations, ex : electrical panel, water heater, and HVAC system and that they are functioning.
9. Utility Shut off Location Check: We confirm and locate where the electrical/ water shut off for the utility services to the house and mark them.
10. Water Heater Electrical Check: We verify that a proper electrical shut off is in place in case of a burst pipe for the water heater.
