Total of First Year Loyalty Dollars, Allowable Inspections assuming max HVAC systems allowed, Pro Connect Hub(s) if used, and Filter Credit. Does not factor in any additional savings or benefits member may receiving during 12 month term. All plans are monthly recurring subscriptions billed to a card on file with 12 month term. Customers who cancel prior to full term will be charged for remaining months due or be invoiced for discounts received during membership period. Customer is responsible to maintain active credit card on file.

For expired credit card or other issues, membership status paused until resolved. If billing issues is not resolved within 30-days of notice, membership is considered canceled and remaining balance due will be invoiced. Additional Wi-Fi Hubs maybe purchased at anytime and installation maybe completed at next maintenance visit, or a service fee may apply. (1) HUB is included with VIP Pro Connect Plan. Customer may opt-out of installing or using the HUB but no discount or refund will be provided.
