Abacus Plumbing Helps Special Olympics Texas Continue Its Mission to Improve Quality of Life for its Athletes

Abacus Plumbing Company, a leading residential and commercial plumbing company in the Houston area, has chosen the Special Olympics Texas (SOTX) as the recipient of its September Count on Us To Care Program. The Special Olympics Texas will receive a donation of $500.

The Special Olympics Texas provides sports training, activities, and competitions for youth and adults with disabilities. Through teamwork, competition, and physical fitness, participants are given the opportunity to experience the joy and pride that comes with true sportsmanship. “The Special Olympics Texas is truly a remarkable organization allowing those athletes a chance to compete who may not otherwise be given the opportunity,” commented Alan O’Neill, president of Abacus Plumbing.

Abacus donated through its Count on Us to Care Program, which was started to provide support to the Houston community.
